WHERE TO EAT IN ABUJA: SHABU SHABU TASTING & REVIEW AT MISO JAPANESE RESTAURANT ABUJA
Hope we’re all doing okay.
A while ago, I was invited to Food tasting at Miso Japanese Restaurant in Abuja. Miso Japanese Restaurant is located at Rooftop, Sommerset Continental Hotel, No 34, Usuma Street, Maitama, Abuja.
It was a Shabu Shabu Food Tasting Experience in conjunction with Heineken Nigeria. Our host was Eno, also known as Calabar boy Foodie and I was in the company of some of the capital’s favourite foodies.
Now, let’s talk about the ambience and view of this place. Guys, I don’t think I can describe it well enough or that the pictures will do justice. Watching the sunset from this place was an experience!!!
Shabu Shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish. Most of the protein is served raw and you have the opportunity to cook the meal to suit your preferred taste options.
Shabu Shabu is a meal to be enjoyed by family & to facilitate bonding as phones and other devices are to be abandoned as everyone is expected to talk and enjoy the process of making the meals together.
The chef gracefully took his time to explain each meal to us and to teach us how it should be made while we talked, laughed and drank huge glasses of beer.
Another beautiful thing to note is the upper sitting area where you can actually have private movie screenings and it’s also the perfect place for an intimate yet beautiful wedding proposal!
Guys!! Don’t say I didn’t do anything for y’all! ????
The whole experience was beautiful, service was great, company was lovely.
Have you ever been here?
