Review of my stay at Inagbe Grand Leisure Resorts
If you’re ever looking for the perfect spot to get away from all the noise and crazy in Lagos, Inagbe Resort is the best place for you. Located on a mini island in Snake Island, Opposite Niger Dock Amuwo-Odofin, it’s the perfect place to relax and refresh as the only means of access is by boat.
The take off point is at the Lagos State Jetty, Ikoyi. Pick up time is usually by 12 noon and details will be sent to you once you’ve paid. The ride is between 30-45 minutes. The boat ride costs N18,000 to and fro the resort.
There are so many things I loved about this place; the tall palm trees, the sound of the waves especially at night and the view of the resort at night.
Accommodation per night kicks off at N45,000 and it comes with complimentary breakfast.
I also loved that there are so many activities to engage in; from the quad bikes, horse rides, Kayaking. Games can be played in the game room. There is also a gym for the fit fam people.
Most activities cost N5,000 but the use of the game room and pool is free. You can make your selection between the indoor or outdoor pool by the sea.
Also noteworthy is that there’s no network on the island giving you time to get much needed rest.
There is a corkage fee on drinks brought into the resort.
Customer service was very commendable. Everyone was willing to help.
The only complaint I had was with some of the meals. It was obvious they weren’t freshly made.
All in all, it was a beautiful experience and I definitely will recommend them to anyone.
Will I be back?
In a heartbeat!
